Ohio District Board

The 2026–2027 District Board of the Mighty Ohio District of Circle K International is composed of dedicated student leaders representing colleges and universities across the state of Ohio. These individuals are responsible for overseeing and executing the operations of the district, supporting clubs, and advancing the mission of Circle K International at the district level.

Elected positions are selected by the House of Delegates during the annual District Convention, while Committee Chair positions are appointed by the District Governor. We invite you to explore the roles below to learn more about the responsibilities and impact of each position.

Elected Board Positions

District Governor
Serves as the chief executive officer of the district. Responsibilities include leading the district board, supporting clubs, collaborating with Kiwanis Family leaders, and representing the district at the international level.
District Secretary-Treasurer
Oversees district records and finances, tracks service achievements, manages dues processes, and records minutes at district board meetings.
District Bulletin Editor
Leads district communications by managing newsletters, website updates, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns for district events and initiatives.
Lieutenant Governor
Serves as the liaison between clubs and the district board by mentoring clubs, encouraging growth, supporting service initiatives, and strengthening divisional connections.

Appointed Chair Positions

Fall Rally Chair
Plans and coordinates the district’s annual Fall Rally, including programming, activities, venue selection, and event promotion.
District Convention (DCON) Chair
Oversees the planning and execution of the annual District Convention, including venue logistics, programming, workshops, speakers, and attendee experience.
Spring Officers Training (SpOT) Chair
Coordinates the district’s annual officer training event by organizing logistics, scheduling educational sessions, and promoting leadership development.
Laws, Regulations, and Awards Chair
Maintains district bylaws, policy code, and awards materials while supporting governance procedures and recognition programs.
Kiwanis Family Relations Chair
Strengthens relationships with Kiwanis, Key Club, Builders Club, Aktion Club, and other branches of the Kiwanis Family throughout Ohio.
Service Chair
Promotes district service initiatives, international service partners, and helps clubs develop meaningful service opportunities.
Membership Development & Education Chair
Supports clubs in recruitment, retention, member education, and strengthening engagement across the district.
Club Building & Membership Engagement Chair
Assists with chartering new clubs, reactivating inactive clubs, and creating fellowship opportunities for members throughout the administrative year.
On To International Convention (OTIC) Chair
Encourages attendance at Circle K International Convention by sharing information, answering questions, and supporting attendees.
